Satyam is Senior Interoperability Architect at Philips. His current responsibilities include Thought leadership, solution architecture, pre-sales and R&D for Interoperability and enterprise solutions. He is actively involved in enabling legacy as well as design of new products & solutions to adopt to FHIR and APIs.

Satyam is a technology leader with a proven track record of leading the design and development of software products and solutions in digital health space focused primarily in US healthcare domain. He has strong technical acumen, keen business sense and desire to improve Healthcare outcomes through technology. He is well versed with Interoperability standards like HL7 V2.x, DICOM, FHIR, IHE etc. and has worked extensively in EHR, Personal health and Rad/Card IT domain. He has represented his employers in industry forums like IHE connectathons, HIMSS, HL7 WGs and has worked alongside several global leaders & experts in Interop & standards domain. Currently he is part of HL7 work group focusing on HL7 V2 to FHIR mapping and tooling.

Satyam has an executive MBA from IIM Calcutta. He is HL7 certified specialist, certified Cloverleaf Analyst and certified product owner and holds a Bachelor’s degree in computer Applications.
